The US and Kyoto

It is a funny sort of hypocrisy when Paul Martin bashes the US over not signing Kyoto. The "holier than thou" argument doesn't work with Paul Martin's record. The facts are that Canada's emissions are up 24% and the US's is only up 13%! Which is more important; a signature on a symbolic paper or actually cutting emissions.

A note: this reduction is mostly (almost entirely) due to individual states cutting not the Federal government.
